52 Weeks Of Swatches: Week 1

I decided to kick off the New Year with a simple project: for the next 52 weeks, I will be posting a swatch I created using a photograph I found online. My primary source of inspiration for beautiful images is Freestock, which is a lovely site offering high quality free images. The reason behind this project is simple: I wanted to generate some interesting color palettes and see what I can come up with. The rules of the project are simple: each week I will randomly chose a photo I like and generate a color palette with 5 different colors that catch my eye.

So without further ado, let’s get this project started.

Week One Swatches

This is the photo the captured my interest today, and you can see the result in the image below. For simplicity’s sake I included the HEX color codes if you happen to like the colors and want to use them in your own projects.
